We do not. Usually when artists are ready to spend on promotion it means they’re more serious about their craft. Thus, the song is mixed and mastered and the video looks professional. You don’t have to spend thousands of dollars in a fancy studio to do this, just make sure the quality is good. A small percentage of the time, we’ll refund an order due to engineering quality.

Yes, while there’s a multitude of benefits from our campaigns we can say without a doubt that even from the smallest package, this permanently increases Monthly Listeners, and the listeners that liked the song/added it to playlists will continue to stream the song for years after the end of campaign. Here are some of the other benefits that come from our campaigns as well: social media growth, fanbase development, partial or full return on investment.
After running over 1,300 campaigns over the years, we can truly say we’ve not experienced clients’ music get removed or striked from our playlists. Since the streams are actually organic, there’s never an issue with payouts or takedowns. But to put new clients' minds at ease, and because we are so sure of this not being a risk or possibility, we offer a full refund on the chance of a song being striked from a campaign of ours.
Once you place your order we will review your song and start working on the visuals for your campaign. We then build your campaign and run it in our pre-optimized ad accounts.
It should take us ~1 week to get your campaign live, and on average campaigns run between 2-5 weeks depending on performance and budget.
We do request that you give us Spotify for Artists 'reader' access (we will send request). While not required, we have no way of ensuring your campaign is a success without it.
While we can't guarantee a certain number of conversions, we do have estimates based on previous campaigns for how many conversions you should expect for each Package size.

Unfortunately it's impossible to give a realistic estimate for how many streams you'll get. The difference between a best case and worst case campaign is multiple orders of magnitude.
For example, we've seen $500 ad spend campaigns result in as little as 1,000 streams or as much as 500,000 streams.
